Under hood on passenger side and under the dash on drivers side

Hello, your water pump and freeze plug repairs on their own do not in and of themselves suggest a problem starting. I would take some time and check all wiring connections and all part installations in the areas under the hood where work was performed to ensure everything is as it should be. Replacing those parts will not induce this kind of problem on its own, but the act of tear down and reassembly forgetting to reconnect something along the way certainly can. Good luck.
