no signal lights. have hazzard lights. replaced fuse, bulbs, dimmer switch,flasher,repaired broken wires ( didnot replaced)

Hello, When all of this has been completed to no avail, you have to start looking for power along the circuit. Start at the fuse, make sure you are getting power there, then move to the socket for the light bulbs. Finding where you do and do not have power will direct you to the break in connection in the circuit. Also, it is best to think of the circuit as a link between the battery and the turn signal, and don't forget you have to have good grounding as well.
