What is your question?
Bought new in 2000. Great car except have had trouble with interior cabin moisture since day one. No cabin filter (my understanding was an option in 2000 and I do not have). No visible water or leaks inside. Condensation on windows inside excessive during high humidity situations even with defrosters/ac in operation. Any suggestions?

Hello, sorry to see you didn't get any advice here, were you able to figure out the issue with the moisture on the windows?
my olds does the same thing. the only thing that helps is to leave the ac on even in the winter when you have the heat turned up. the ac pulls the moisture out. the dealer told me to do this when i bought it back in 2000. my problem now is that my ac quit working so i can't keep the moisture out without paying a ton of money to fix the ac. boo.
Thanks for the reply bretb. No luck yet. I can't figure this one out. To make matters worse now, we got quite a bit of snow here in MI and it's difficult not to drag in snow and moisture in the cabin this time of year. The last thing I need in the car is more moisture. As it is now the condensation will be frozen on the INSIDE of the glass in the morning. Any ideas?
Clearing ice from the inside of your vehicle! No fun. I haven't had to deal with this issue much, but it would seem that there is moisture inside the car and/or the inside of the vehicle is sealed up and not venting to the outside. I would look for a leaking heater core (dropping coolant level an/or smell from the heater) or plugged water drains (sunroof, doors and A/C evap drains) Listen for water sloshing around as your driving, this can help locate the source of the moisture. All vehicles have a vent somewhere on the body that vents the cabin, this helps with this issue as well as getting a bit of fresh air as your driving. I would look to see if this vent is plugged. Finding this is tough, I have seen them primarily in the back of the vehicle, I would ask a body shop about this, they can probably locate this for you. Good luck, let me know if you find something or have any other questions. Bret
Thanks again. FYI...no coolant leaks and no odor of engine coolant inside car, no sunroof, door drains clear, cabin is vented through rear door jambs and appears ok, heater/ac blend door working properly, fresh/recir air working properly. I'm baffled where the moisture is coming from. Was hoping someone with the same problem had come across a fluke of some sort for me to try. I will check with some body shops for info about the cabin vents. Thanks for the tip.
