When I turn on the wipers the passenger side does not work at all but the driver's side will attempt to raise but only comes up about an inch. Is the problem the windshield wipers arms or the motor itself?
i had the exact same problem after driving with ice on my windshield. tightened the nuts on both arms and that did it. thank you!!!
