Hello, Before we get into the weeds on this, I'll just say that you are likely having several different issues. The steering feeling stiff, noise from the brakes, and ABS/TC issues are not likely to be related, and the low engine idle is certainly not. Your best bet is to bring the vehicle to a certified technician for diagnostics.
