front turn signals do not work

What is your question?

I have replaced the bulbs and the turn signal switch. The ground wires are good. the bulbs do come on but do not flash. The rear turn signals flash but rapidly. The hazard lights flash in the rear at a normal rate but not in the front. Do I have the wrong bulbs?

Since I got it a month ago
