The horn is not working; how do I repair

FIRST,,,, check the fuse for it...not sure which side its on but you have fuses on drivers side and passenger and in the engine (square box next to air filter in engine) all fuses good... hmmm could try and find horn and see if got voltage....Here is the ugly part... it could possible be the flimsy metal strip on the steering wheel, behind the plastic part you push on where unfortunately the air bag is...When the air bag deploys the plastic splits in the middle and low and behold you got no horn cuz the strip splits as well...but my thinking would be to bring it back to the place that put the alarm in and let them UNDO whatever the did to your horn(after you check the fuses) DO NOT LET THEM CHARGE YOU AGAIN
