I'm having problems with both doors won't open from the outside what do I do to replace the part

I can no longer open the door from the outside I have to leave the window crack in order to get in and out of the car the handles on the 1996 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme mechanism inside is not working anymore and I cannot open the door from the outside I have to leave the window open to get out of the car

What makes this problem better or worse?

There isn't anything I can do to try to leave the window
