Hello, if your brake lights and your signal lights are not working -- it sounds like something else in the circuit, not a switch issue. Testing will need to be performed to trace the source of the concern. Check all fuses before doing anything else. Also check the bulbs to ensure they are operative.

Since the switch is inoperable - replacement is needed.. However you mentioned it is stuck - I’m not quite certain what that entails exactly - disassembly will be required to determine. The brake light circuit does indeed pass through the signal light switch before continuing on to the brake lights - so that makes sense. As far as an estimate - the switch itself is around $75.00 - unfortunately I can’t give a quote on labor charges as prices vary widely from shop to shop plus there may be additional repair requirements.
