years ago I took my car to Firestone in for service and they somehow messed up my power mirrors.I can only make it go up/down and to the left, but NOT to the right.I did took it back the next day, but THEY SAID they didn't do anything? What could it be wrong and how can it get fixed?
How long has your 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme had this problem?

Sure THEY said that they didn't do that,and may not have? just push the mirror where you need it with your hand until you get another mirror switch,like pushrod stated. If you want a used one see ebay,$16.00 or best offer,free shipping,and careful when going to Firestone Complete Autocare,they will find something wrong with your vehicle even if there's not anything wrong(they want you to use that CFNA credit card). I go there ONLY to buy tires that are on sale,and get an additional discount because my son builds their tire molds where he works. I have seen/heard in person the stories they tell not only one but everyone that goes there to have work done,sorry but those people are liars,FACT! good luck.
