my car running hot and i had the intake manifold, a little hose and belt mount

Might be the thermostats stuck closed, bad water pump. Check your coolant level.it worth seeing if the system is holding pressure, wait and let it get to operating temp and squeeze the top radiator hose but becareful it will be hot, if its holding pressure it will be hard to squeeze. It also might be worth to change the radiator cap i have seen plenty of cars overheat due to a bad cap not holding pressure.

could be several things. return to shop and have them take another look at it
