in the throttle body.it has a 4 wire connector on it along with 2 screws that holds it on.google part number AC106 or AC109 for a picture of it.depending on if 4 cyl or 6 cyl the AC109 is for the 4 cyl,and the AC106 is for the 6 cyl.probably got BLACK CARBON build up in and around the pintle,careful cleaning it,if that's what you're doing.
