where is the headlight relay for my 96 cutlass ciera located

Suddenly my brake lights and anti-lock break lights both turn on at random. shortly after my entire dash display goes dark along with my headlights. Also my rear defoggers wont turn on and my doors don't lock and unlock automatically nor when i push the button. And my stereo wont turn on because the wire that draws power directly from the battery has gone cold. I received a suggestion that this could be a relay going bad. What's the location for the relay(s) that control these items. This occurred originally after getting my starter replaced, but it went way. randomly 4 months later the problem is back.
What makes this problem better or worse?
immediately after starter was installed, then randomly started back after about 4 months

First thing to do is disconnect whatever add on wires that’s been connected to the battery! No idea since electrical modifications have taken place.. however I can state it’s not a relay. Good luck.

I see you mentioned starter replacement .. There’s fusible links down at the starter solenoid that should be tested. According to the information posted - I really can’t tell if ALL battery power is being lost or not. Highly recommend *hands-on* assistance from qualified personnel.
