My cars engine blew on the highway same day that it passed its annual and state testing. Now it has an oil leak about 2 - 3 inches in front of the oil pan and doesn't turn over

Unless this 1995 Oldsmobile Ciera has a lot of sentimental value - it's probably best not to attempt repair > 'IF' it needs a replacement engine or “major†repair work. The cost would be beyond reason. Now a *hands-on* inspection may reveal otherwise - can't be sure what the actual problem is here online. Good luck with it!
