Could I get a keyless control module and fobs from a salvage yard and plug it in my car that hasn't had keyless but has power locks and program the fobs for it would that work

It would be beyond reasonable labor to do so .. Wiring harness replacement and just the actual labor involved to do the change would not be worth the gain!
