what would cause my brakes to have no hydraulic pressure. changed master cylinder2Xs

Follow GM procedure for master cylinder replacement have also replaced every other item in the bravados brake system with the exception of the brake booster I still cannot gain hydraulic pressure even though I've bled over a gallon of brake fluid through it and have no air in the system whatsoever
