left side of the motor(serpentine belt side),remove belt,remove small hose from reservoir an lower hose to radiator,should be a plate with 2 10mm screws that the 2 hoses connect too. Plate holds the thermostat. one gasket is needed Fel-pro 35723 around $2.99

the housing and thermostatt are serviced together. there is only 1 seal required. it pays .9 hours to replace. who told you it needed 3 gaskets?? Roy
