Why is my 97 olds aurora turbo leaking coolant?!

Took my car to get the oil changed and the service tech said my water pump was leaking but he was on the driver side. Not the water pump side. So I decided to look under the car myself the next day and I noticed that the coolant was all around the turbo and was slowly seeping from the bolts holding the turbo on. Also small puddle on top of turbo. What could that be. Cant find any hoses leaking? Stumped! plz help!
