Why car misfires when driving in the rain?

Ive had spark plugs and wires changed. I have had 5 fuel injectors changed also and the fuel filter changed. To no avail and its still happening. I was told engine coils seem fine. When its nice sunny weather the car runs like a dream. Could my problem be ignition module sensor? Or crank shaft sensor? Please i need help? I love this car it only has 45,000 miles on it but it did sat for a lot of years in a garage. Im scared to take it out of town because im scared its go rain and start misfiring
