what does codes PO 300, and PO 441 mean ?

p0300 is random misfire and p0441 is EVAP system no flow during purge. These two things may be related but may be 2 separate issues. The best thing to do is bring it into your mechanic for engine diagnostics. The random misfire code can be set from multiple causes.
