No power to heater controls

What is your question?

I had installed an different radio in my car. The radio started to act weird and when keys were out of the ignition, the radio would continue to play, so I removed the new radio and replaced with the original factor radio. Since reinstalling the original radio, I have no power to any of my lower controls that control the blower motor, hot or cold setting and direction of blowing air. The blower motor is working. I checked the fuse under the hood, which was blown and replaced with a new one but as soon as I start my car, the fuse blows every time and i have replaced the same fuse over 10 times
