Also, if these are all air conditioner or heater functions, you may have a bad a/c control unit (which is the same part as the buttons). You'll want to check all of the interior fuses, identify if there is anything else in the vehicle that is not getting power, and then check to see if the connection has come loose on the back of the unit.
