Shaking and noise

What is your question?

My car makes a little noise while my food is on the gas but when I brake it stops. While breaking my car juggles and shakes. Extremely wobbly on uneven roads.

Not sure about the noise your hearing based on your description, however on the brakes it sounds like your rotors will need to be resurfaced or replaced.
