Or may be a collapsed flex cable(the bendable brake line coming off the caliper)
Hub assembly is probably not seated properly, I just went 10 days with out my 02 Alero with what should have only been a simple brake pad change turned into $430 CAD, I ended up needing a new caliper, new hub assembly all because I had a friend replace the old hub bearing assembly, and he tryed to impact the old axle nut back on, which cause my bearing to seize up after 2500km! I've since replaced the hub assembly myself but need to get new rotors cause when my friend did the hub assembly on the right front of my car, he cross treaded the axle nut, which was only seated 1/16"! Which is supposed to be seated to at least 1"! So you may want to have it checked out, best place to get parts from is Prime Choice Auto Parts, I payed $98 CAD for BOTH of my hub bearings and they both came with a life time warrantys, great deals check out there site, and the only down fall to the site is needing a credit card
