Car acts like the tranny is skipping when cold, but eventually will catch up and run right.. Belt squeaks on cold start until car warns up

It has begun skipping when warm now.. Started to stall out, made a dieseling noise then caught up and motor smoothed out.. Still had slipping. Just changed tranny for used, and can't get it stop slipping

It started out only when motor was cold. Now it does it warm
