My 00 alerov6 couor heater works sometimes

I changed my blower motor and it worked great. Now it doesn't come on. It worked then I hit a bump in the road and now doean't work. Last week o hit a chunk of ice in the road and it started working and after another bump it quit I tried following wires but there is limited access no fuses are blown could it be the setting knob or should I find if there is a bad wire. Hot air comes out of the vents just don't get pushed out
