Popping heard/felt from steering wheel/front end? Antilock and trac off light on

Single popping sound heard and felt in steering wheel when turning the steering wheel happens even when car is not moving but I turn the wheels both ways and here a pop turn some more and another pop ect...? Also was driving and all of a sudden my anti lock light and trac off light came on? Pulled over turned car off and back on and lights went out but have came back on? When I first got the car 2 weeks ago I put air in the tires cause they were low on air and As I drove home my tire pressure light came on?
