Whenever it rains, water gets into the passenger doors and I have to open the doors, hold back the seal on the bottom of the door and drain it out.

Most doors have drain holes in the bottom edge of the door to allow water & debris to pass through (and out of) the door to prevent buildup and corrosion from the inside. Check and see if those holes are clogged and use a small instrument to clean/clear the stuff out to allow proper drainage.
What I am trying to find out is how to keep the water from getting into the doors! I have never had a car that got full of rain water; when I drive down the street it sloshes around. Then I have to open the door to let the water drain out. Oh yeah, the drain holes are fine. But I never see anybody else on the street draining out their doors whenever it rains, which, for months now, has been practically daily.
