We replaced the back drum breaks, disks, and cylinder and correctly put them back together but the breaks are still not working correctly. We do not know how with all the electrical stuff on the master cylinder if it needs bleed too or if it just needs completely replaced.

You will need to bleed the brake system whenever you open it up to replace a front caliper or a rear drum cylinder. Air compresses and will allow the brake pedal to go to the floor before applying the brakes. They sell cheap bleeder kits at any auto parts store. Keep bleeding the brake until you don't see any air coming out.
