What is the wiring harness and where is the intake manifold. I know this sounds stupid but I am just learning this car. I have not had it long.

There are wiring harnesses throughout the vehicle. Everything that is run off of electricity will have wires that deliver the electricity to it. Are you referring to a specific wiring harness? The intake manifold is on the top of the engine and has black tubes, see this picture: http://www.cargurus.com/images/2008/02/27/18/56/pic-40556.jpeg
Thank Blindsquirel I now where the intake manifold is. The Wiring harnesses I know what they are. I am glad you sent the picture. I am slowly learning.
