Cars stalls at low speed and is hard to crank

Check the TPS , fuel pump and fuel pump relay. These can all be done with a simple voltmeter and can find info on how to test them online with a simple google search. Also if the plugs aren't getting good spark could cause it. Have you checked the plugs and wires?
