Ok so I have a 1999 Oldsmobile 88 I had leak on one of the brake line so we changed it rerouted it a different way and now I don't have no breaks

Brakes are a big deal and a major safety component of the vehicle. You cannot "reroute" a brake line. Leaking lines must be replaced with like components. It's almost impossible to determine what was done and what the result was here, but it seems certain that the lack of braking is due to "modifications" that cannot be permitted.
