Why does my clutch seem to totally failed.

Since you have "good pedal pressure" it does not seem to be a clutch hydraulic issue. It is possible the clutch itself could be worn; there could be foreign material on the clutch like oil. However, ensure there is proper fluid and no air in the clutch hydraulic system. It would be unusual for a failure to occur randomly, has other work been performed recently?
