What is your question?
I've had a recurring problem with the Air Bag warning light. I replaced the Passenger front seat belt pretentioner. Nissan has a list of things to try to fix this issue. They want to replace a seat bottom for $1300! And, they can't guarantee that will fix the problem. It seems Air Bag issues should be important. But, they don't seem to be.

There are many safety issues that will cause the air bag light to come on. one is the pretensioner that you replaced, but there are many others including the passenger detection sensor which is part of the seat . What are the codes that are showing in the system at this time?
The service order didn't note what codes were present. :( I know the service men said there was a list of things they could TRY to fix the problem. But, they're not TRYing with my pocket book. Especially since I bought an extended warranty. That's just wrong.
My shop is over in Ormond but if you wanted to come by I would look at the codes for free and give you my opinion if I can help give me a call 386 262 1086 Dennis McLaughlin Honest1 Auto Care
Thanks. I'm currently waiting on a response from Nissan as to whether they may do anything more.
