I got a P0303 First, tried to fix it then later got a P0300. Replaced spark plugs. Still got p0300. The car revs high on start up then goes back to normal idle. When driving I can feel it misfire sometimes when I step on the gas and seems like low power.

Possible Ignition Coil Failure, move coil for # 3 cylinder to another cylinder, clear code)s), drive, check to see if missfire moved with coil position.
P0300 stands for Random Misfire. Does the vehicle feel hesitant? Has no power? RPM's won't go past 2-3K when driving? We just had the same year Xterra that had a P0300, ended up with clogged Catalytic Converters. Around $400 with parts and labor. Other things that can cause random misfire is a vacuum leak somewhere in the system. A smoke machine can diagnose that.
I did I swapped 3 to 1 and received same error. P0300.
