My 2003 Nissan Xterra ran and started fine parked it went back out in the morning to start it and it won't start it won't even turn over the battery is fine all fuses are fine it just will not turn over I can hear a fuel pump I think running there's a cable coming off the throttle body to a box that's making noise I have power everywhere brand new battery put the key in everything comes on it just doesn't turn over

"The battery is fine" - what testing has been performed to properly ensure that the battery is fully charged and able to sustain a load?
