My radiator over heating

What is your question?

I have a video shows where the water had spilled all over the front of the motor as long as I'm driving the gage doesn't moved but when I stop the gage starts to go towards the h simble I let it cool and I added water to the radiator and it came out on the bottom could it be a hose or a waterpump

What makes this problem better or worse?
