Why is my left back blinker not working after I changed the bulb

What is your question?

My back left turn signal is not working. I changed the bulb and it still isn't working. All my other lights work even the front left turn signal and I was told it couldn't be a fuse because the rest of the lights are all working. Is there anything else I can do or do I need to take it to someone.

What makes this problem better or worse?

The blinker goes really fast when I turn it on
