My horn does not work. What can cause this?

Hello, are you certain the horn switch is working? There is a sliding contact / clock spring behind the steering wheel that allows the horn switch to work. If there's some concern there, then it will prevent the horn from working. Just a guess, but something that doesn't seem to have been considered.
