Loud rattling noise when I crank up but goes away when I press gas?

What is your question?

When I crank up my car it has a loud rattling sound when I press the gas and go to drive it it goes away then when I go to slow down to shut off it comes back again? Also, it started shaking a little and vibrating when driving?

What makes this problem better or worse?
