Hello, when the shift lever will not move out of the park position, it is often because the brake light switch is not communicating to disengage the shift lever interlock. The shift lever interlock needs to know you have your foot on the brake, and the switch there gives the signal to release the shift lever when triggered. I'd look to see if the brake light switch or related wiring are compromised. Even seeing if your brake lights work with your foot on the pedal is a good first "test".
