Reprogram throttle body after spark plug change?

What is your question?

I have been Youtubing how to change my spark plugs on my Versa note. One comment on a video said that since they disconnected the throttle body (you have to take a bunch of stuff off to get to the plugs) then they should reprogram it. No video I've seen or how-to article says to do this. But I'm just checking - do I need to do something like this just by taking the throttle body off and then putting the same one back on again?
