Brand New 2018 Nissan Patrol vehicle purchased and what seems to be trans issues

purchased a brand new 2018 nissan patrol SWB (3 doors) and I am having a slight vibration at around 15 km/h only. not more and not less. I also have what seems to be transmission issues. I am not so sure if this is how the vehicle actually operates or not. the shifting from first to second is sometimes smooth and other times a bit rough with slight vibrations (especially when pressing on the accelerator more). sometimes i feel a kick when downshifting from second to first gear or even while cruising along at a very low speed. but only happened 2 or 3 times. it rarely happens. I am not sure if this is normal or it is a porblem? It's my first 4 wheel drive vehicle and I do not have a similar vehicle for test drive. My car has 1304 miles. My car has an automatic transmission.
