2011 Nissan Titan BRAKE, SLIP, and VDC OFF are all lit up and won't turn off. Why?

I have a 2011 Nissan Titan. With the VDC OFF light not shutting off, I can't turn the VDC on. Now that it's winter and the roads are icy and snowy, my truck tires spin and the truck drifts around corners. It's dangerous to drive. Does anybody know what the problem is? Also my truck has less than 20,000 miles on it.
