Hello, I'm uncertain as to what you mean by the crank, but my guess is that the compressor is not coming on. Make sure the relay for the compressor is clicking on and off when you turn the A/C on and off. If it is, backprobe the connector at the compressor to see if power is getting there. The relay is likely not powered because the control module for the air conditioner is disallowing it. In other words, you may have a defective component in the refrigerant system, a low charge, or both. If you have no power at the relay but have no obvious signs of damage, have it connected to a set of gauges to see what the system conditions are.
It appears that the compressor is not engaging.
The compressor is clicking when I turn on the ac. I all so have another question, my set light flashes and won’t engage cruise control. As well my Manuel shift is not working.
Ok, if you are hearing a click at the compressor, see if you can watch the A/C compressor clutch engage. It should snap toward the compressor. Maybe the clutch is worn out. As for the cruise light, the flashing light just means there is something wrong with the circuit. Many times it is the switch on the steering wheel. The manual shifting on the stalk (- and + button) is also likely a separate issue, but it may be related to the cruise in that the wiring harness travels the same path. The wires may be damaged as they run down the steering column. If you have paddle shifters mounted to the steering wheel, I would then suspect that the clockspring is having issues. It sits behind the steering wheel and powers all steering wheel accessories.
