Where is the fuse box located on my truck?

Im trying to figure out why my ac/heat blower isnt working bur the ac/heat are both still working just not blowing out at any noticeable speed. I only notice it when in going down the road wirh the fan speed set on high and not recirculate.

What makes this problem better or worse?
