why is it still sputtering?

What is your question?

i just changed the spark plugs due to a minor misfire but since then the misfire has just worsened i then changed the cables along with the distributor cap and rotor but it still continues... it drives very smooth but when at a stop the car begins to sputter... what could be the reason to this if everything is new and sparks are calibrated right???

The timing might be off due to a stretched belt or chain, or the coil might be bad
