alternator stopped working

What is your question?

I was involved in a rear-end collision where opposing driver's brakes went out & she rear-ended my car while I was stopped at a red light. She was pushing me into the intersection & I had to slamm on the breaks several times to avoid entering the intersection. I then turned to the right side & pulled to the right. After this incident, my alternator went out & the right sway bar link had to be replaced. Could the rear end accident have caused these problems
