Hello, are your lug nuts actually loose? If so, are you using factory wheels and lug nuts, or have any or all been changed and modified? It sounds like maybe you have some aftermarket wheels or nuts. This could mean there's a compatibility issue from the start, which can cause the nuts to loosen and allow the wheels to possibly separate from the vehicle. This should be looked at.
