Hello, I’m Pete from the Car Genius team at RepairPal. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this concern on your Nissan Sentra. With a key that will not turn in the ignition this can be caused by a few different components from a worn key that needs to be replaced, a damaged or worn ignition cylinder as the tumblers can wear or fail over time, or in some cases even a weak or dead vehicle battery. I recommend having all of these checked into to help pinpoint the cause. In some cases your local locksmith may be able to come out to you to diagnose and even repair this type of concern if needed. If you’d like to find a trusted, certified repair shop in your area, you can check here: https://repairpal.com/certified.
